Welcome to Fashion Lives Globally

Hey everyone! Welcome to Fashion Lives Globally or FLG, I'm Liv! I am currently a student at the Fashion Institute of Technology, located in the heart of Manhattan. My great love for the way culture lives through fashion brought me to start this blog to delve into the multitude of places in the world that embrace themselves through fashion. In New York alone I get the chance to live in such a diversified, wondrous community and I'd love to share my experiences with you! I have been traveling for as long as I can remember; as a child I moved countless times throughout California and had the opportunity to often spend summers traveling abroad with my family. As I continued to grow up, the stark beauty of the contrasting fashion trends that surrounded me in various cities caught my eye, leading me eventually to move across the country from California to New York in hopes of pursuing and growing this passion at FIT. This blog will follow the fashion choices I notice throughout the wonderful city I get to call home in Manhattan, as well as the places I have lived in or traveled to in the past, or places I soon hope to visit. Additionally, as I hope to report on my observations and thoughts, I also intend to show how I would style myself personally for each of the cities and areas I cover! This will be shown through my own pictures, videos, curated Pinterest boards, clothing inspiration, and much more! I hope that you will continue to follow me on this journey, and I couldn't be more excited to share everything I find with you.
